NAIL SALON SERVICES POLICY

We are dedicated to providing you with exceptional services and a relaxing experience. Our goal is to provide high-quality services to all our customers. Please take a moment to review our policies to ensure your satisfaction and safety.

 

RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE

For your well-being and the safety of others, we may occasionally need to decline service in the following:

  • If there are open wounds or infections in the treatment area.
  • If you have a contagious nail condition or a health issue that may be affected by our services.
  • Diabetic clients: Please inform your technician so we can provide appropriate care. For your safety, no cutting services will be performed.
  • Anyone exhibiting rude, disrespectful, or inappropriate behavior will be asked to take a leave.
  • For ingrown nails, we will assist to the best of our ability. We are not liable for issues arising from the removal of ingrown nails. In some cases, you’ll need to see a podiatrist.
  • Acrylic on toes may cause fungus or infection. We are not liable for issues arising from acrylic toenails; the decision is at your own discretion.

 

REFUNDS AND REDOS

We want you to leave our salon happy!

  • All services are non-refundable.
  • We will redo any service at no cost if you are unsatisfied with the quality of work, but you must inform us immediately during the service. However, if the technician has clearly attempted to address the issue, we might not be able to accommodate any further requests.
  • We understand sometimes life happens. You must arrange a time to have your nails fixed within 7 days after your initial service. We will not refund or redo any work if your nails have visibly changed beyond your control.
  • Once you leave the salon, we cannot ensure that you’re happy with the results, but we’re always here to answer any questions.

 

SANITATION & SAFETY

Your safety is our top priority! Our salon follows strict sanitation practices, and all tools are sterilized according to state regulations to ensure a clean, safe environment.

 

APPOINTMENTS & CANCELLATIONS

We recommend booking in advance for guaranteed availability.

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please give us 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations may result in a fee.
  • We understand life can get busy! If you’re running more than 10 minutes late, we may need to adjust or reschedule your service to ensure you receive the best possible care. Repeated lateness may require prepayment for future appointments.

 

OTHER POLICIES

  • Gift Certificates: A perfect treat for loved ones!
    Gift certificates must be presented at the time of service, and they are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash.
  • Pricing: Our pricing reflects the care and detail in each service. Prices may vary depending on service complexity, so please inquire in advance.
  • Loyalty Program: We love to reward our loyal clients!
    Ask us about earning points on your visits and enjoy discounts on future services.
  • Health Waiver: By enjoying our services, you acknowledge that you are in good health, free of any infections or contagious conditions that may arise from undisclosed health conditions.
  • Photography: We love showcasing our work!
    We may take photos of your nails for our portfolio or social media, but please let us know if you’d prefer not to be photographed.
  • Children: For everyone’s safety, please make arrangements for younger children if they are not receiving services. We kindly discourage bringing children to the salon, as a courtesy to others.
  • Privacy: To ensure a peaceful atmosphere for everyone, we kindly ask that you refrain from bringing children or engaging in loud conversations while they’re receiving services.

  • Client Consent: By moving forward with a service, you confirm that you understand the process and potential risks involved.
  • Allergies: Your safety is our priority!
    Please inform us of any allergies to ensure we avoid products that may cause trigger reactions.
  • Service Guarantee: We strive to satisfy every client; however, individual results may vary. We are not responsible for effects caused by personal habits, daily activities, or natural wear and tear that may occur.
  • Feedback: To help us improve, we greatly value your feedback. If you are not satisfied, please inform us promptly so we can address your concerns as quickly and effectively as possible.
  • Termination of Service: If at any time during your visit, your behavior or actions make a technician feel uncomfortable, we may respectfully end the service. You will only be charged for services completed up to that point.
